We do not collect any personal information. None at all.
Because we collect nothing, we have nothing to store, share, sell, or disclose. We do not operate any servers that receive data from this app. The only outside service the app ever contacts is Google Play or the App Store, and only to handle the optional purchase (see section 7).
The app saves your child's game progress locally on the device so that it is still there the next time the app is opened. This includes:
This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes it. You can also erase your child's progress at any time from Parents Area → Reset All Data inside the app; a purchase you have made is kept, because it belongs to your store account.
If you have enabled your operating system's own backup feature (Android Auto Backup or Apple iCloud Backup), your device may include this app's saved data in that backup. That backup is handled entirely by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies — we have no access to it.
A finished picture can be saved to your photo library after a parent passes the parental gate. Depending on your device, the operating system may ask for permission first. The image is stored only on your device.
A picture can be shared after a parent passes the parental gate. The app then opens your device's standard share menu, and you decide which app or person receives it. The picture is passed directly to the app you select — it does not pass through us.
A shared picture carries a small strip at the bottom showing the app's name and the App Store and Google Play badges. This is simply part of the image, like a signature on a drawing. It is not an advertisement shown inside the app, it contains no links or tracking, and no data is collected or transmitted. Pictures you save to your photo gallery do not carry this strip at all.
This app is made for young children and is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including its provisions concerning children, Google Play's Families policy, and Apple's Kids Category guidelines.
Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. No behavioral or contextual advertising is shown, and no data is used for profiling.
Actions intended for adults are placed behind a parental gate that requires solving a simple arithmetic problem: making a purchase, saving or sharing pictures, and everything in the Parents Area, including links that leave the app and erasing saved data. Restoring a purchase that was already made costs nothing and does not require the gate.
The app contains a small number of links that open outside the app: the full text of this policy and the app's store page (for leaving a review). They are only available in the Parents Area, behind the parental gate. Once you leave the app, the privacy policy of the destination website applies.
The app offers one optional, one-time purchase that unlocks all drawings. There are no subscriptions and nothing that has to be bought again.
Data protection laws give you rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about you. Since we hold no personal data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to look up, change, or delete on our side. All data lives on your device and is fully under your control: uninstalling the app erases it, and Parents Area → Reset All Data erases your child's progress. Purchase records are kept by Google or Apple in your store account.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing.
