How do I unlock all the pictures?

Some pictures are free. Tap any locked picture to see the one-time purchase that unlocks every picture. A parent needs to answer a short question first (the parental gate), so children can't buy anything by accident. There is no subscription.

I already bought it, but the pictures are locked (new device or reinstall)

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you used to buy.
  2. Connect to the internet.
  3. Open the app and tap any locked picture, then tap Restore Purchases below the buy button. (You'll also find Restore Purchases in the Parents Area, top left.)

The app also checks your purchase automatically each time it starts.

The purchase says it's waiting for approval

If Family Sharing "Ask to Buy" (Apple) or parental approval (Google) is turned on, the family organizer has to approve the request on their own device. The pictures unlock as soon as it's approved — reopening the app is enough.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them:

Will my child's progress move to a new device?

Progress is stored only on the device — we don't have servers or accounts. It moves to a new device through your phone's own backup (iCloud Backup on iPhone/iPad, Google backup on Android) when you restore that backup.

How do I start over?

Parents Area → Reset All Data erases all progress. Your purchase is kept, because it belongs to your store account.

Saving to the photo gallery doesn't work

The first time you save, your device may ask for permission to add photos. If you declined, you can allow it later in your device's Settings → this app → Photos.

Does the app need the internet? Does it collect data?

No internet is needed to play. The app has no ads, no tracking and collects no data — see our Privacy Policy.

Bazı resimler ücretsizdir. Kilitli herhangi bir resme dokunduğunuzda, tüm resimlerin kilidini açan tek seferlik satın alma görünür. Çocuğun yanlışlıkla bir şey satın almaması için önce bir ebeveynin kısa bir soruyu (ebeveyn kilidi) cevaplaması gerekir. Abonelik yoktur.

Satın almıştım ama resimler kilitli (yeni cihaz veya yeniden kurulum)

  1. Satın alırken kullandığınız App Store veya Google Play hesabıyla giriş yaptığınızdan emin olun.
  2. İnternete bağlanın.
  3. Uygulamayı açıp kilitli herhangi bir resme dokunun, satın alma düğmesinin altındaki Satın Alımları Geri Yükle'ye basın. (Aynı seçenek sol üstteki Ebeveyn Alanı'nda da var.)

Uygulama her açılışta satın almanızı ayrıca otomatik olarak kontrol eder.

Satın alma "onay bekliyor" diyor

Aile Paylaşımı'nda "Satın Almak İçin Sor" (Apple) ya da ebeveyn onayı (Google) açıksa, aile düzenleyicisinin isteği kendi cihazından onaylaması gerekir. Onaylanınca resimlerin kilidi açılır; uygulamayı yeniden açmanız yeterlidir.

Nasıl iade alırım?

Ödemeleri Apple veya Google aldığı için iade talebi onlara yapılır:

Çocuğumun ilerlemesi yeni cihaza taşınır mı?

İlerleme yalnızca cihazda saklanır; sunucumuz ya da hesap sistemimiz yoktur. Yeni cihaza, telefonunuzun kendi yedeğiyle (iPhone/iPad'de iCloud Yedeklemesi, Android'de Google yedeği) o yedeği geri yüklediğinizde taşınır.

Nasıl baştan başlarım?

Ebeveyn Alanı → Tüm Veriyi Sıfırla tüm ilerlemeyi siler. Satın alma silinmez, çünkü mağaza hesabınıza aittir.

Galeriye kaydetme çalışmıyor

İlk kaydedişte cihazınız fotoğraf ekleme izni isteyebilir. Reddettiyseniz daha sonra cihazın Ayarlar → bu uygulama → Fotoğraflar bölümünden izin verebilirsiniz.

Uygulama internet gerektirir mi? Veri toplar mı?
